Combination of duck jibe and 360-degree body and sail rotation

A recording of Raphik's donkey jibe. The donkey jibe is a duck jibe followed by a 360-degree body and sail rotation. After ducking the sail, you hold the rig clew-first back and move around the front of the mast base with the boom in your hand until the clew swings through the wind.
