Eighth generation of the Freestyle sail

Sailloft has unveiled the 2027 model of their freestyle sail, the Air. Now in its eighth generation, the sail has become lighter. Sailloft emphasises that this does not compromise durability and that the Air continues to perform well even in strong-wind freestyle conditions in the waves.

With a new panel layout, the sail has even less loose leach across the entire trim range than the 2026 model, providing plenty of lift for freestyle moves. The profile depth is adjusted via the luff. The Air is designed to offer noticeably more control when ducking and during manoeuvres.

The Air is available in six sizes ranging from 3.6 m^² to 5.6 m^², with list prices starting at 859 euros.
