Sarah-Quita Offringa traveled to Larkollen, Norway, last December - in part to test her limits against the cold. The Aruban windsurfer is usually at odds with windsurfing sessions in cold temperatures, but she rose to the challenge, true to the motto: “Others have fun out there, too”.
