Saturday brought the Spanish Wave Cup to Pozo Izquierdo, turning the spot into the national stage for wave windsurfing. With more favourable conditions than in previous days, cleaner waves and better ramps, riders were able to push harder and deliver a spectacular day of competition. Marino Gil dominated the overall category with 19.15 points, claiming victory with a powerful performance full of radical manoeuvres and control in Pozo. Liam Dunkerbeck finished second with 16.85 points, while Alessio Stillrich completed a strong local podium with 15.08 points. In the Master category, Josep Pons took the win, while the youth divisions once again showed the strength of the next generation, with Dennis Kolb winning U15 and Javier Escribano taking victory in U18.
