The Sunday was forecast to be a windy one, and everything was set to get on with the competition, but sadly it was too hot and the wind didn't come in. So video creator @RafaSoulart‬ went around and gave us some behind the scenes into what the riders and team are getting up to when the wind isn't blowing.

From Ben Proffitt to John Carter, last year's World Champion Marc Pare Rico to the current tour leader Maria Behrens, and of course 29 times World Champion Sarah-Quita Offringa - Rafa spoke to them all and many more to get their insights on how to spend a lay day or two.

The good news for the competition, when the temperatures cooled off this evening the wind did come in for a sunset session and with tomorrow forecast to be cooler, everything is looking promising for a great day of action.
